A Simple Grounding Practice

  1. Sit or stand comfortably, with both feet resting on the ground.
  2. Inhale gently through your nose.
  3. Exhale slowly, allowing the exhale to last slightly longer than the inhale.
  4. Continue for three to five breaths, letting your body settle with each exhale.
  5. When you feel ready, return gently to whatever comes next.
